Share Group Facilitation

 

• Develop guidelines for share group participation

• Develop agendas and identify discussion topics based on member preference

• Facilitate meetings and ensure open discussion is meaningful, relevant and compliant with antitrust guidelines

• Summarize meeting discussion and communicate with members

• Ensure equal participation of all members

• Organize tours, off-site events, etc as appropriate

• Evaluate meetings to ensure effectiveness

Event Management

 

• Determine meeting specifications, develop RFPs and negotiate contracts with hotel / meeting facility

• Determine specific program needs such as food and beverage, audio/visual and room set up needs

• Liaise with hotel / facility staff to ensure program logistics are seamless

• Organize off-site events
